## Use this agenda and decision log.

Adapt the prompts to the meeting's purpose.

- We are meeting to decide or resolve [specific matter].
- Participants should review [material] before [meeting time].
- [Decision-maker] can approve [matters] within [limits].
- The facts that changed are [observations], and the remaining uncertainties are [questions].
- The options are [options], with [costs, dependencies and consequences].
- We agreed to [decision] because [reason], subject to [conditions].
- [Owner] will complete [action] by [date].
- We will inform [affected people] and revisit the decision if [condition] changes.

After several meetings, examine whether decisions are being made and actions completed. If the same unresolved issue appears repeatedly, investigate authority, information or capacity rather than simply increasing meeting frequency.

Use [the multi-agency guide](https://agencyfieldguide.com/guides/how-to-manage-multiple-marketing-agencies) when several suppliers attend, and [the reporting guide](https://agencyfieldguide.com/guides/what-good-marketing-agency-reporting-looks-like) when the evidence in the pre-read needs improvement.
