## Illustrative completed entry
Fictional example only. Alder Skin is not an actual directory finding.
- Public evidence: a fictional case study describes a storefront redesign two years ago; a fictional company announcement describes a new refill range.
- Fit hypothesis: differing replenishment cycles may create a lifecycle messaging need.
- Unknown: current email setup, budget, ownership, satisfaction and appetite for outside help.
- Question: How are you handling reminders for customers whose different products run out at different times?
- Decision: investigate, not sales-qualified.
- Next action: validate the current public evidence and business fit before considering outreach.

## After a conversation
- What we learned:
- Which hypothesis was supported:
- Which assumption was wrong:
- Current problem and owner:
- Agreed next step, if any:
- Change to our research criteria:

## Before using the list
Check company identity. Do not treat a past client mention as current buying intent, an unhappy relationship or permission for automated outreach. Keep sources separate from your interpretation. Do not add agency counts across aliases as though they were distinct buyers.
