What happened
Paris Baguette opened its first drive-thru café on November 3 at 2120 Riverwalk Drive in Moore, Oklahoma. It is the brand's 346th North American location, its second in Oklahoma and its 62nd opening of the year.
The café belongs to franchisees Mike Issa and Moe Touffaha, IHOP operators who brought Paris Baguette to Wichita, Kansas in 2022. They have since added cafés in Kansas, Albuquerque and now Oklahoma, with Lee's Summit, Missouri and a second New Mexico café expected in 2027. CEO Darren Tipton presented the drive-thru as a way to reach more guests. With more than 600 North American cafés in development, an off-premise format that works could spread across the system, and each rollout would need consumer messaging, local launch support and franchisee marketing.
