Submit an RFP

Looking for an agency? Post your RFP on our agency opportunities page. It’s free. We review every RFP and write a short summary before it goes live.

How are you sharing the RFP?

We’ll add you to the Agency Field Guide newsletter. Unsubscribe any time. By submitting, you agree to the Terms of Use and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

What happens after you submit?

We’ll email you to confirm we have it. A person reads every RFP, checks that it’s a real search for marketing help with a future deadline, and writes a plain summary: what the work is, who it’s for, the budget if you shared one, and the deadline. When it’s live, we’ll email you the link.

What makes an RFP easy to respond to?

Describe the problem rather than only the deliverables, name the budget range if you can, and say how you’ll choose. Agencies write better proposals when they know what “good” looks like. Our guide on how to choose a marketing agency covers what to ask for.

Is there a fee?

No. There’s no charge to post an RFP, and no paid placement on the opportunities page.
